OMG it is OK to kill babies in the womb BUT don’t you DARE declaw your cat!!! GIVE ME A DAMN BREAK!! I have 2 kitties that NEVER go outside AND they are both declawed one was a feral adoption and after 3 visits to the emergency room in the very early days of her adoption the claws HAD TO GO!!! That cat had claws AND teeth that were SHARP!!
AMEN TO THAT! I declawed my feral kitty, but not my “baby girl” who doesn’t claw anything but her posts going on 5 years now.
As for killing babies, I had a nasty exchange online with a girl over that the other day and realize it’s a losing battle. I asked why she considered it fine to kill unborn children and she said, and I quote, there is no such thing as unborn children. They are born or not children yet. Good grief!!!

I understand why the cat clawed you. If you don’t want to take the responsiblity to learn about them and have the nerve to hurt them instead, you shouldn’t have any type of pet or animal companion.
....I simply cannot believe Gov. Younkin would sign this into law....we have been married for over 50 years and have had at least one cat and as many as four cats at any given time; all have been declawed and all apparently didn’t suffer any long-lasting trauma as a a result....give me a break...
