“What could possibly go wrong?”
The city was totally obscured by rainfall, as evidenced by this shot from a balcony
The roof of a mall is seen collapsed after being battered by heavy rains
It’s not nice to fool [with] Mother Nature.
The airport flooded

the Big Thompson flood in 1976 in colorado was caused by cloud-seeding, though no one will ever admit it ... however, ALL cloud-seeding “experiments” over the colorado Front Range were abruptly discontinued immediately after the flood, and the media pretended like cloud-seeding had never happened, even though the days and weeks before the flooding the media was full of praise for the wonderfulness of cloud-seeding ...

The 18 months of rain was 5” which seems like nothing. However, the first time I was there in 2013, they had a 1.5” rainstorm, and most of the city was flooded. I had to walk several blocks just to get back to my hotel. Cars were stuck blocking all the roads.
Geo-engineering / Cloud Seeding / Chemtrails / Weather control / HAARP
“It’s not real. You are a conspiracy theorist.”
“O.K. It is real but we don’t use it for anything other than research.”
“O.K. We use it in practice but it will probably help people.”
“O.K. Maybe it hurts people but you are racist if you don’t want us to do it.”
Dubai had flooding because they normally get so little rain that they don't have a storm drain infrastructure system. No storm drains, nowhere for the water to go.
A rush to flee the country??? Please.
wouldn’t this be a kick in the crotch to the alarmists who advocate cloud seeding as the answer to perfectly natural cyclical warming periods!

Would love to see the Risk Mitigation plan the UAE created in the event something like this happened.
