Yep...it's always the same...How sad that black culture has fallen into this spiral. I still blame Johnson's War on Poverty that encourages fathers to not be present in the home. I wonder what would happen if welfare was changed so that mothers got more benefits when the father is present? It's easy to be a father, but much harder to be a parent. Nothin' worse than an angry mother who blames you for her kids poverty.

When you hear about gunshots in LA, never reflexively think they’re black teens. There are probably more Latino gangs in LA than there are black ones and they’re just as dangerous.
