Court tv is reporting during her jail house phone calls she was blaming everyone but herself AND was disparaging the jury for finding her guilty.
All that info not only got back to the prosecuting attorney but also the judge set to sentence her.
The prosecuting attorney stated she wasn’t sure what sentence she would request, when she heard all that she recommended the max and sure enough the judge gave her the full 18 months.
Moral of the story.....1st rule of bein’ in a hole is STOP DIGGING.
OK, partly an answer to my question above, but how did Court TV know? And isn’t that hearsay unless a witness steps forward?
