I’m trying to imagine a situation where I’m wearing a Trump 2024 t-shirt or red MAGA hat and am accosted in some manner by an irrational emotional TDS sufferer. Why would these people not listen to me telling them “We can agree to disagree on things and that’s OK.”?

An appeals court can stay any sentence pending appeal. I don’t do criminal law, so I’m not sure what the standard for granting that request is.

George Zimmerman was ordered not to leave the county in Florida he lived in. Could the judge tell Trump he must remain in Manhattan while appealing the verdict?
I reference a smarmy, chortling Chris Christie opining for Democrats that a conviction here, or any conviction, will cost Trump enough votes in the “swing” states to tip it back to Biden.
How effectively can he campaign for President from Manhattan?
