Sadly, you are correct. 9/11 should have been the wake-up call, just as Pearl Harbor was to a previous generation.
The United States responded fiercely after Pearl Harbor. After 9/11 we just muddled about, wasting blood and treasure. The West is certainly in a worse position now than on that horrible day back in 2001.

Sadly, there will be no Crusades this time around to beat back Islam’s onslaught. There is no one insightful or courages enough this time around to admit or even understand that their civilized society is committing suicidal extinction.
