Reports I saw said the authorities are refusing to identify the “suspect”. Said, though, no terrorism. Victims’ families must feel relieved./S
The stabbings went on including of an infant, until someone with a gun killed the perp. Old story in disarmed wimpy countries.

I noticed that, too. Very quick determination by the police. That alone makes me very suspicious.
I suppose “terror” has to have a political aim or component. If this guy was just nuts maybe by that definition it wasn’t. That said I might take a broader definition and say when you have mass murder that alone is terror regardless of whether there is a political element.
