It sounds like this was just a quid pro quo for the attack on its Embassy in Syria.

Let’s hope so. Either way, this should present a grand opportunity for Republicans to capitalize politically on the money Biden released to Iran. Whether they can or will effectively is of course unknown, but I think they should make as much hay out of the situation as possible.

No doubt Biden facilitated the arming of Iran and its surrogates by not enforcing the oil sanctions.

This Iranian attack raises so many questions about what Israel’s response will be and what pressure the US will apply to prevent escalation. It would be a great opportunity to use the attack as a way to take out Iran’s nuclear facilities.
