As far as Nauta? It's been said multiple times in so many venues - do not agree to be interviewed by law enforcement without at the very least discussing with legal counsel first.

I’d want to know how he came by that attorney and how long they had an attorney-client relationship. It’s important that first and foremost that Nauta’s attorney is there to protect’s Nauta’s rights - and no one else’s rights.
Nauta’s attorney reads as knowing the FBI agents (that is established at the beginning of the interview) from previous professional interactions.
