Every Sunday night, disney, the fbi, and then the sunday night movie.
my dad liked tv, and if we had our homework done, we could stay up till 11. and if our report cards were good we could watch the late night monster movies on fri and sat nights. the 60’s were a great time to watch tv, as they used actual
master writers to tell a story, not in your face demoralization that passes for tv now. There were morality stories and social justice stories, Just watch the star trek episode “Let that be your last battlefield” for a quick look into the future of where segregation and racism lead. Even an elementary school student got the message. Subtle, not the clown hammer on the head of today’s tv.
