It is illegal, unconstitutional and morally wrong. No one will do a thing about it.

Using taxpayer money to pay bills or buy votes doesn’t lower any prices. It just pays their bills and actually increases prices. But never mind reality.

They need to end the Federal government’s involvement in the student loan business, other than to make sure lenders aren’t taking advantage of students.
If there’s any talk at all about the government “bailing out” former-students of their loan obligation, it needs to be offered right along with legislation that ends any government involvement as loan guarantor.
Otherwise we’ll be right back here at this same place next decade!

Just another reason to buy votes, reward irresponsible behavior, and continue to subsidize outrageous college costs!
This will INCREASE college costs and Bidenflation! Thank you, Joe. /s

If you create a bunch of money to hand out, that makes inflation worse.

To say that an inflationary move like this handout will fight inflation is as ridiculous, stupid and even as insulting as calling the massive and obscene "Inflation Reduction Act"--a method of fighting inflation.
It is unbelievably stupid, and I don't see how anyone with half a brain can say that with a straight face.
Let's go Brandon.

What a bunch of unmitigated BS.
They just have to paint him as the hero somehow, don’t they?
And they think we’re stupid enough to believe this. Tells us clearly the opinion they have of the unwashed.
