Joe Biden is running new television ads promoting abortions up to birth on the heels of a ruling by the Arizona Supreme Court protecting babies from abortions.
The seven-figure ad buy highlights former President Donald Trump’s record on abortion and says he is responsible for it because he nominated Supreme Court justices who overturned Roe and allowed states to protect babies from abortion. Trump has taken credit for the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade in 2022.
Biden’s 30-second commercial will air on MSNBC and appear online. Here’s more on the commercial:
“Your body and your decisions belong to you, not the government, not Donald Trump,” Mr. Biden says directly to the camera. “I will fight like hell to get your freedom back.”
Another 60-second spot features testimony from a Texas woman who says she nearly died twice from a miscarriage because she was denied care.
At the end of the video, the ad text says, “Donald Trump did this.”
The Biden campaign will air the ads in Arizona during shows like “Abbot Elementary,” “Survivor,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “American Idol,” “The Voice” and “Saturday Night Live,” as well as sports events and other programming on TNT, TLC, ESPN, FX and Bravo.
The commercial falsely blames pro-life laws for a lack of care even though every single pro-life law banning abortions allows full medical care for pregnant women.
The Arizona Supreme Court ruled Tuesday to uphold the state’s pro-life law as written by overturning a lower court decision that misinterpreted the law.
“We conclude that [Arizona’s law] does not create a right to, or otherwise provide independent statutory authority for, an abortion that repeals or restricts [the law], but rather is predicated entirely on the existence of a federal constitutional right to an abortion since disclaimed by Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization,” the court wrote in its opinion in Planned Parenthood Arizona v. Mayes. “Absent the federal constitutional abortion right, and because [the law] does not independently authorize abortion, there is no provision in federal or state law prohibiting [the law’s] operation. Accordingly, [Arizona’s law] is now enforceable.”
Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys represented Dr. Eric Hazelrigg, an obstetrician and medical director of Choices Pregnancy Center in Arizona, who filed a petition last March asking the state’s high court to review an Arizona Court of Appeals ruling.
The appellate court’s ruling misinterpreted state law, against its plain meaning, to allow abortion in circumstances where the Arizona Legislature prohibited it. It also enjoined officials from fully enforcing the state’s pro-life law to protect unborn children. The Arizona Supreme Court reversed this ruling, allowing the law to be enforced as written.
“Life is a human right, and today’s decision allows the state to respect that right and fully protect life again—just as the legislature intended,” said ADF Senior Counsel Jake Warner, who argued before the court. “Life begins at conception. At just six weeks, unborn babies’ hearts begin to beat. At eight weeks, they have fingers and toes. And at 10 weeks, their unique fingerprints begin to form. Arizona’s pro-life law has protected unborn children for over 100 years, and the people of Arizona, through their elected representatives, have repeatedly affirmed that law, including as recently as 2022. We celebrate the Arizona Supreme Court’s decision that allows the state’s pro-life law to again protect the lives of countless, innocent unborn children.”
In September 2022, the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County appointed Dr. Hazelrigg as the substitute guardian ad litem to legally represent the best interests of unborn children in Arizona, a role Arizona courts have recognized for over 50 years.

Many women and men who have been involved in abortions have serious, often suppressed, trauma and feelings of guilt and anger over that abortion.
Many politicians which includes virtually all Democrat politicians, being the scummy sociopaths that they are, are well aware of this and are very skilled at manipulating and exploiting these people with the abortion issue to further their own agendas.
Roe V Wade has become a hot button issues that has fundamentally changed American society in very negative ways which we are seeing play out in Arizona.
America used to be filled with overwhelmingly decent people and Roe V Wade has converted many to some very indecent outlooks.
It is amazing how far and now fast we have fallen.
People of good faith can have an honest debate about abortion in the first trimester but after that, you are advocating for infanticide pure and simple.
I simply cannot come to grips with the undeniable fact that a plurality of our country is openly and enthusiastically advocating for infanticide -some even for up to 7 days after birth.
If you study history, you learn that even the infamous Moloch worshipers were not enthusiastic or happy nor indifferent about the gruesome sacrifice of their children. To them, sacrificing their beloved children was a painful sacrifice to please a wicked god.

Many years ago,I,a clueless kid from the suburbs,got a job at a world famous hospital working in the Pathology Department. One day,in the course of my duties,I had to go into the autopsy room.It was only my second visit...my first one was to see the tail end of an autopsy (YIKES!).
Like all major teaching hospital it was deeply involved in all kinds of research and,as a result,the autopsy room was filled with vessels and containers containing organs of all sizes...hearts and lungs,eyes,everything.
On a shelf one container caught my eye. It looked like a large pickle jar...clear glass...which contained several human fetuses in a clear liquid (formalin perhaps). This was before Roe v Wade so I assume they were stillborn (but can't be sure). Each one was about the size of my thumb and was *perfectly* formed. They could not be mistaken for anything other than tiny human beings. They were so perfectly formed that I noticed that one of them needed to have his/her fingernails clipped.
It's an image that will remain with me until I take my least breath.
Or cataract surgery?
