“Harvard Finally Reinstates the SAT for Admissions”

Why does Harvard HATE BLACKS?

(proper conservative response, just to get some digs in for free)

That of the SAT being more accurate than HS grades was known 40 years ago. And long before that really. This is a very well researched question, almost constantly under scrutiny in fact.

This cite of a current analysis is just a fig leaf for a policy change that was obvious three years ago. They dumped the SAT against their better judgment, simply as an emotionally driven fad. Now they have come to their senses but still cannot own up to their failure of reason.

In the end, the elites significantly prefer their offspring compete against lesser minorities than deserving asians and whites.

Nothing will change regardless of stated policy.

Harvard’s way of saying we have been getting a lot of dumb applicants admitted to the school over the last decade and the only way we have been able to get rid of them without being called structurally racist is to inflate grade scores to graduate them and foist them on unsuspecting employers looking for DEI fodder

“Harvard cited a study by Opportunity Insights, which found that test scores were a better predictor of academic success in college than high school grades”

The administrators at Harvard are not very bright but, like the blind pig, they can occasionally find the acorn.

The main test question is: How much money do your parents have?
