Yes, but he should still have been executed sooner. That’s my one problem with the death penalty, is that it takes too long to implement.

The reason it takes so long? It is a long march through our prison system/Justice system. The longer it takes, it makes us that much closer to the world we have today. Rampant violence, because the punishment is now long stretches in the pen, instead of hanging by the neck until dead. 2 weeks MAX
