It seems such an easy problem to fix. Have a policy that men go in the men’s locker room, and women go in the women’s. No crossover, no gender identity exceptions.

Perhaps the people running that company would rather go broke and make a political statement , than have nay desire to run a profitable ongoing business. It’s their choice.

It’s not that simple. That policy would bring a huge federal lawsuit down on you. Caught between a rock and a hard place.

The aggrieved “disabled” bring massive lawsuits at the slightest hint of discrimination.

I’ve seen local stores go out of business for very mild ADA violations but the bastards that make a living out of suing for those tiny violations came down on them like a ton of bricks.

Or they could create male trans and female trans partitions. That would likely not trigger an exodus. Bud Light was an image thing more than a boycott. Men don’t like to be thought of as cross dressers. Whereas this policy of letting men into women’s showers runs the risk of all the non-exhibitionist females cancelling their memberships. Women aren’t disgusted with cross dressers - they’re just uncomfortable with men looking at them naked.

If they insist on having this policy, they could retrofit their gyms with a “trans and nonbinary” changing area. Apparently they’d rather go broke.
