I asked folks here on FR some time ago why no one illegally migrates theu NM, and I was told the mountainous terrain made it impossible. Now I guess that is no longer the case.

This is about as close to the TX, NM, Mexico border point you can get (maybe 1/4 mile north of Mexico and at most a mile west of the TX border). The nasty mountainous territory is farther west along toward AZ.

Well I don’t know if you could say that because it’s actually almost in Texas.

I believe we haven’t had the hordes of illegals because we have to keep it clear for the drug runners so the politicians can get their money from the cartel.
