You can’t MAKE someone buy an electric car if they don’t want to. They’ll just hold onto their old ICE one. Hubby drives a 15 yo Toyota Corolla which is still going strong 225,000 miles later, and we’ll keep it as long as we can. Car dealerships can thank the ditzy governor when they go belly up.
