The CIA needs to lose powers, not gain them. They have abused the Constitution and should be held accountable.Sorry, the CIA needs to be completely disbanded, and every current and former forcibly tattooed on their forehead with 2" that indicate their affiliation with that agency so that every actual American will no to not associate with them in any way.
Or you could just kill them all and bulldoze them into mass graves. Either way works.
