LOL! The Congress and the President are only putting money toward Ukraine and not the border, and you are condemning them because it’s more important to you for the money to go to Ukraine. No new “law” is needed to “fix” either problem—just putting money where it matters, by Law, already, versus making up crud for some stupid country halfway around the world that is led by a gay dancer who has already gotten hundreds of billions of dollars, while the border, which is required by the Constitution to be enforced by the Federal government, gets practically nothing except the funds to invite illegals in and give them ATM cards and free medical.
