If you stick your arm into a snake pit and get bitten, you should have known better. Likewise, we should known that we couldn't walk into a deep blue state without having them create an incident and then blame us for it, with the full support of the mainstream media. It had already happened multiple times before, and we should have known they would try again.

But no. Even though there were many who knew better on J6 and avoided that trap, enough of us fell for it to give the left the Reichstag event they were looking for, and they and their sympathizers in the media are milking it for all they can. Seriously, did we honestly believe we could just walk into the capital where the dems ran one chamber and the squishy GOP let the dems run the other, and not fall into a trap?
