France is the number two weapons exporter of the planet.
Russia comes in third position.
France has the tech, the know-how, the organisation, the precision, and is a nuclear power.

If Russia attacks France or try to level Paris... France has 4 nuclear submarines fully loaded with the world’s greatest nuclear missiles, abled to level every single Russian city down to sand at worst, or powder at best.

Macron will have to ask the Kremlin beforehand if they prefer powder or sand though... That’s what gentlemen do.

In Russia they have the bluff. Lots of gesticulation of eradicating the West, France and America every week..., France brushes that kid-talk off so easily... :)

France has already been invaded by Moscow and now you want to do it again. Next thing we know you'll be trying to tell us that Charles to actually liberated France and not the U.S. Army.
