Secretary of State Antony Blinken reaffirmed the U.S. commitment for Ukraine to eventually join NATO but held back commitments ahead of the alliance’s annual summit, which will take place in Washington in July.
“Ukraine will become a member of NATO. Our purpose at the summit is to help build a bridge to that membership,” Blinken told reporters Thursday in Brussels.
NATO allies agreed at the 2023 summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, that Ukraine can join NATO when certain conditions are met, but sparked criticism from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Baltic allies for failing to set concrete goals and a timeline for Kyiv to join the alliance.
Ukraine’s supporters are crafting ways to demonstrate robust international support for Kyiv that can be announced at NATO’s Washington summit, marking the 75th anniversary of the alliance.

Ukraine is in the process of finding that out. The first big change is that the strikes on their powerplants are DESTROYING THEM, rather than the love taps of a year ago.
Blinken, guaranteeing that the war he helped start during the Obama regime, will become even more destructive. How does this help bring Russia to the table?

It's not Russia's fault that you believe silly propaganda and don't realize what the Russians are capable if they feel the need to exert their military power.
Russia hasn't launched a major offensive since 2022. They have patiently allowed Ukraine to fed its soldiers into its meat grinder.
Now, Ukraine's frontlines are so weak, that Russia is gaining ground daily.

Sounds like Ukraine should have taken the Dec. 2021 deal, or the March 2022 deal, as they would have retained that wealth...but no, they threw their lot in with the Neocons, and the Neocons are quickly starting to tire of Ukraine - as demonstrated by the Nuland firing.
