Having switched from a three-month aggregation of blacks’ “voting intentions” subset of polls, because some were outdated, to now monthly, the number of such polls will of course be less, and open to the criticism that such lower numbers would not be correctly representational.
That is a fair comment. On the other hand, the March aggregate is almost the same as the previous quarterly number of 20.9% across 27 polls, so that may be viewed as a continuum.
The March numbers include extremes at both the high (Rasmussen, 35%) and low levels (Daily Kos/Civiqs, 8%), which again could reflect the small number of polls available, but the aggregation smoothes these out — most gratifyingly, in my opinion.
If on Election Day Trump receives anywhere near these levels of support from black voters, it is hard to see how he would not sweep the core states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Here are six polls with a subset of black voters’ intentions/support for Trump, March 2024, aggregate 19.1%.
March 24–26, Economist/YouGov, 14%
March 9–12, Daily Kos/Civiqs, 8%
March 5–7, Rasmussen, 35%

I think we heard and fell for that in 2020 and 2022. That’s a myth.
It’s like waiting for the Great Pumpkin.
I dunno.
Other day, I saw some graffitti in a bathroom at SFO.
Said, “Trump 2024 N***a!”
FWIW
Agree. But there is a chance a significant number will not vote for anyone this time. That would be a big help.
Especially with black women.
We are traveling through unchartered waters, so maybe this time it is true.
Black talk the talk but never walk the walk. They are just afraid to step off the Demorat plantation.
There was in 2020, too.
It’s why Deep State had to steal the election.
Then why does NYC now have RCV, hmmmm?
Rather than going for this fantasy of the black vote swinging away from Democrats every election cycle, I rather see polls reflecting less of them will be voting during the election cycle.
Trump probably has some increased support among black men. They don’t vote in great numbers.
What really matters is who is counting the votes. Remember, they cheated last time, they suffered zero consequences, so there is every reason to believe that they will cheat again. Why wouldn’t they?
Right. They’ve seized power and likely won’t relinquish it. One more election and Trump is no longer a problem for them.
Many Blacks don’t vote. The Dem fraud machine votes for them. I can recall some precincts in Philadelphia that exceeded the number of registered voters. Some precincts voted 100% for the Dems.
I still haven’t gotten over the black women voter fraud…maddening.
I would ignore DailyKos and Rasmussen for the same reason.
Thats my takeaway if Biden wins again. Joe Biden is unpopular among Black Males. He should be getting 90% like Bill Clinton and Barack Obama did. That's not happening. Plus Joe Biden is over the top corrupt and he's senile.
It helps that Trump is alpha and he has "swag".
But the Democrats may use ballot harvesting and then mail them in so it doesn't matter if Joe Biden is hated by Black Males.
Nothing that happens election wise in NYC means anything except their census population because Demorats control everything and always will unless they need a GOP scapegoat to clean up a local mess.
Liberal pandering only has to throw a new freebie into the game ... then you can forget any US minorities voting Trump
Exactly. Mail-in ballots invite fraud.
