I’m wondering why this judge doesn’t dismiss with prejudice, based upon what didn’t happen with Pence and Pres. Biden. Wondering if Pres. Trump’s lawyers even brought\bring this up as a reason for a dismissal
request.
That could be appealed. If she let’s it go to trial, but with good (for Trump) jury instructions and he is then acquitted... there is no appeal.
