The U.S. is a blood nation, not a land nation. It only matters who your parents are. It doesn’t matter where you are born. They both have to be US citizens at the time of your birth to be a NBC. The exception is that the married husband can confer citizenship on the wife for this purpose.
As long as you don’t hold dual or multiple citizenships of course which doesn’t apply in this case although I thought Congress had granted that to American Samoans already ?
