“... a high-pressure subsea natural gas pipeline was discovered...”
Huh?
“... a high-pressure subsea natural gas pipeline was discovered... “
It’s not nearly so exciting when you read the rest of the sentence.
” after a high-pressure subsea natural gas pipeline was discovered under the wreckage.”
The Baltimore port authority knew from day one that there is pipeline near the bridge. What they didn’t know is if it was directly impacted by the wreck. That’s the part that they “discovered”.
MY THOUGHT EXACTLY-—
NO ONE knew it was there?????
Original maps were destroyed when everyone wanted everything on computer-—and then someone hit DELETE????
And people wonder why I have records back to 1965 or SO-— & 4 properties worth.
Brother had a dust up with county officials in So Wisconsin a few years back.
WAS going to cost him a couple of thousand $$ or more for surveyors or more & other experts.
He called me-—I DID HAVE THE ABSTRACT-—dug thru the pages which go back to 1865 and found him the 2 or 3 pages he needed. Copied them-—faxed AND mailed them-—faxed his bacon—
AND he got to VENT ALL OVER the COUNTY RECORDER OFFICE.
For SOME ‘mysterious reason’-—THEY did not have those pages in their records on COMPUTER AFTER they switched away from ABSTRACTS.
I do bookkeeping for a living-—
The best part is the KEEPING.
The even better part is when he or another brother call & ask all kinds of questions about our grandparents, etc, and I can spit it out from memory. One brother says: “HOW can you remember all that? “
I ask him-—HOW come YOU CANNOT?
TOO MUCH WINE? I DON’T DRINK......
Funny that it was just discovered !
It seems that whoever steered the cargo ship into the bridge knew what all was there.
When you have an administration that’s full of idiots, well you know what happens.
