There are still not enough funds for the transfer of Czech shells to Ukraine - it reached the Estonian Ministry of Defense Hanno Pevkur
According to the minister, there are places in the world where you can buy shells, but the question is whether there is money for it.
If we are talking about a million shells, then this is about three billion euros. At the moment we can say that there is more money missing than shells,
- said Pevkur.
According to the Minister of Defense, it is now difficult to predict when shells may hit the front. Some may arrive in a few months, some only before the end of the year.
It is noted that the most critical situation is with anti-aircraft missiles, the reserves of which Ukraine is running out. According to the Minister of Defense, Estonia has nothing to offer in this case and the only option is to look hopefully towards the allied warehouses.”

Well, well, well…. Where da money? Where da money?
Don’t be surprised if it’s in the pockets of a few congressmen.
They wouldn’t vote for the money without getting a kickback. So if you need the money, because your country’s under attack, you pay the @#$ing kickback to the American congress critters, but try to get rid of the Uke officials who are also pocketing some.
Corruption is part of the culture throughout the former Soviet Union. It’s what Zelensky campaigned against, but fighting it is easier said than done.
