The Homeless should call themselves Illegals and the money will never stop
Those on the left do not see this as a problem. Same thing in Frisco. It is a win/win situation. The homeless and high crime drive down the values of properties making them great buys. The Bureaucrats can step in at any time and stop both the homeless and the crime nonsense at a moment’s notice. with force. They just have no plans on doing it until the situation gets a bit more ‘ripe’.

True sad story. I was driving to work one day in the pitch dark and saw something weird ahead in the light from my headlights. I dodged out of the lane.
Turned out to be a woman in her fifties with long, bushy, wild white hair down her back, walking in the dark driving lane on the right and pushing a supermarket cart.
Found out later the cops knew by her name and got her to safety.
A social worker college student I knew who was getting her second graduate degree told me the woman was mentally ill. She had been helped to have a paid small apartment in a well kept up brick building in town (I knew the building, across from my CVS) and someone to check on her to see that she got care.
But the woman said she felt confined by having an apartment. She often left to feel freedom by pushing her cart on the roads.
Sad. Mental illness is at the root of many cases.
