SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. — Thursday marked the 41st and final election that Shasta County Clerk and Registrar of Voters Cathy Darling Allen certified before she retires in May.
"It's bittersweet," Darling Allen told KRCR's Sam Chimenti on Thursday.
