I remember that photo back when it happened, and I also remember the fathers of girls forming teams to try to combat the constant rapes and attacks by Muslims upon their little girls, and how the police there arrested the fathers and ignored the rapes.
The St. Louis Mayor has the same mentality. She blames the convenience store owners because they are being robbed.
