What do Freeper legal eagles make of this one?
I appreciate no "libel" in the US and it's quite a high standard in the UK but seems strange the high court allow his case to proceed but force him to pay interim costs?
UK has that “loser pays” standard.
But I am out of my depth quite rapidly on that.
