the problem with the recent casting ignoring race is that is only works one way. Only when you expect the character to be white is it black, but never once is the expected black character white.
I mean.. how many of those Wakandans were white? see.
At least there’s still plenty of work for white actors playing Klansmen, Nazis, inbred rednecks, snobby bluebloods, greedy yuppies, sexist fratboys, bigoted suburbanites, shallow sorority sisters, dumb blond bimbos, crazy conspiracists, lunatic survivalists, mass murderers, serial killers, and racist cops.
