My first link has list of states with “Red Flag” laws, and who can trigger them. Example:
New York
Law enforcement, district attorneys, family/household members, school administrators, certain medical professionals
So your wife can trigger it after an argument or as part of a divorce filing, one of your kids who are upset with you for not giving a big enough allowance, a leftist school administrator who is unhappy over your comments at a school board meeting — the list goes on.
And none of them will face consequences for reporting they “have concerns”. Probably you won’t even be allowed to find out who complained about you.
Yeah- thought so for sure re: NY no surprise. And the cover bullcrap words “concern” ID’s concern Karens and Kens for the tyrannical a@@holes they are. Boils on the body politic.
