Sorry, but... that’s a completely different matter. Truth Social is Trump’s baby and therefore, it is legal and right for him to get the $$$ profits from it.
Truth Social is now a public company so profits go to the shareholders or remain with the company. They don’t go to Trump except as dividends.
And are you saying that Trump doesn’t own CIC Ventures, LLC, which is making money through the sale of these Bibles pursuant to a
licensing agreement? Sorry, but he does and is.
