I heard Comer a couple days ago talking of this very topic - if Cheney for example is called to testify (subpoena) on the disappearance or destruction of the J6 committee’s records and she refuses she can find herself doing a little prison time like these criminals did to Navarro.
I hope like crazy that they subpoena Liz.
