An illegal alien in Florida escaped prosecution for resisting arrest because he speaks no English…and now he’s suing the estate of the officer who collapsed while arresting him. If you’ve ever wondered how lost America is, I think this story tells the tale. I’ll limit my comments because the facts really do speak for themselves.

A Guatemalan migrant who is accused of killing a police officer last year is now leading a lawsuit against the deceased deputy’s estate, another law enforcement officer and the county, alleging he was the victim.

Suing the family of a dead police officer. Isn’t there some deep water off of the coast of Florida where some dirt bag lawyers could be taken for a swim.

Two parasites going after the officer’s family

Attorney Phillip Arroyo is representing Aguilar Mendez and his family. High-profile attorney Jose Baez has also joined his defense

The manager of our Walmart told my wife that it’s required for all employees to speak English. When she asks for help, most pretend they don’t. They’re all in cahoots.

Take a photo of the person and file a report with walmart that the employee was rude and pretended to not speak English to avoid work.

They will immediately get fired and it will stop the other lazy employees from doing the same.

I’m fluent in Spanish, so I switch. Caught many a Hispanic goldbricker who pretended to not speak English and couldn’t speak Spanish for real.

I spent a year in the Republic of Panama for a year, after mandatory retirement in July of the year I turned 60 in Saudi Arabia. If I had not established another foreign Tax Domicile, 5/12ths of the money I earned from January - July would have been taxed as if I had been working in the U.S., with no Foreign Earned Income Exclusion.

While visiting my sister, in Oregon, I mentioned that in Panama, the only language for all legal proceedings and activities, including getting a Panama Driver’s License, is Spanish.

Her response? ‘Well, it’s their country.’

My follow-up? ‘What the F*** has happened in MY country?’

Acc to this, the 19 yr old speaks only limited Spanish. His main language is Mam, a residual Mayan language spoken in Guatemala by ~500,000. Fwiw
