SOOOOOOOOO-—What happens to the hundreds/thousands of landowners?

They are kicked off?

Thousands of head of cattle are ranged in that area.

The Pony Express Trail is a National Historic Trail-—THAT gets cut off???

Ranchers & others in the county-—some who are 5th generation on the land are thrown out???

Pretty sure I-80 goes thru Rock Springs..
