Follow up thoughts after posting.
Keep in mind this bridge is the ONLY route that HAZMAT can safely take.
The tunnels for good reason can NOT allow any HAZMAT truck loads.
Keep an eye out for any attempt to create a “waiver” to allow trucks with hazmat to utilize the tunnels
-let’s just call a truck load of a fuel in the tunnel in the the hands of a terrorist is a VBIED ——. Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Device —- if triggered in the tunnel would cause way more damage to the economy by 2nd and 3rd order EFFECTS
Also consider that IF this occurs the media will also NOT call a VBIED in the tunnel a terrorist attack.
