Yes seeing that video was misinformation. On the Key Bridge there was traffic in the mini or two before the bridge collapse but it didn’t seem like there was any moving at the time of the collapse. 1:30 in the morning there’s probably not much traffic.
At least seven vehicles, including at least one tractor-trailer-sized vehicle, have collapsed into the water, Baltimore City Fire spokesman Kevin Cartwright confirmed with WTOP. He added that a dive team was deployed to help those in the river.

Here’s the odd part as far as TV news shows go: The bridge was hit at 1 am, it was dark, I tuned in at 5am, it was dark.
Yet at 5am several channels showed a still image of the bridge down and the ship in daylight.
