They may not do those things. As in, the Constitution prohibits such. They can do anything they want to, until some entity or entities with the capability of doing it stops them by some method.

That’s the way it USED to work, but given the Left’s disdain for due process and their overwhelming obsession to “get Trump” at all costs.. I’m not sure you’d want to wager on it playing out that way.

Any attempt to go through the courts would almost certainly be thrown out as moot or having “no standing” after the election was thrown to the Rats.
