I was struck by the same thing. How would these investigators get their hands on one or more closely guarded machines?
There is a huge difference between a machine that could be hacked and a machine that was actually hacked.
We are talking about an election that happened nearly 4 years ago, without access to a number of the machines and the version of software that was installed in 2020, I don’t see who you could conduct a cyber examination to determine if they were hacked.
