Is a prosecutor allowed to talk like this?
The Attorney General of New York ran on the platform of destroying Trump and his family. She successfully prosecuted him for taking out a loan and paying it back to everyone’s satisfaction and got a jury to set the penalty for that ‘crime’ at nearly a half billion dollars.
basically she just made borrowing money a crime in NY state
