Not everybody. I was once offered a stupid amount of money (lots of zeros - as in seven and a one wasn't this first number) to put my name on something that was in my wheelhouse. Thought it was a good opportunity. Then found out it was illegal as get out so walked away.
They of course destroyed my name.
Now have to borrow money to pay rent and utilities.
Have other friends (I choose my friends wisely - admit I've made a mistake or two) who have done similar.
But yeah most people do have a price tag.
My only loyalties are to God, Christ (same thing), family, and country. Not sure if I have a country left to be loyal to anymore. Very sad about that last part.
PS Yeah, I reported them to the authorities. Nothing happened. They were too well connected.
