That alert was put out for a reason and the reason was so they could be right about what they knew was planned and going to happen and make it look like “well, we warned ya” in order to rile up the citizens.
Since the war is lost in Ukraine, this is what they have left.
The problem with this crap is that you can plan on reciprocation to whoever did the deed.

ISIS has been supported by both the US & Israel to take out Assad in Syria. It seems they have become freelance terrorists. So it’s not out of the question that the US put them up to this.
