Best way to insure gun cases never get to higher court is to make sure the accused never makes it through the raid.
If the guy wasn’t wanted for something violent and had no history of violence there was no cause to go in with a swat team.
I don’t know, have not heard or followed reporting on this case. Did he have a violent history? Was he a suspect in a violent crime?
Selling guns to shady people is something our government does all the time. Heck, it gave tons of them to the Taliban.
I doubt he would have a position as director of the airport if he had any previous criminal history because he would not be able to pass the TSA approval process so pretty sure no violent history.
