Sooner of later this is going to turn into a vigilante process involving private citizens literally guarding their towns and property.
People have the legal right to defend themselves and their personal property in Texas. If you’re attacked by another person in Texas, you aren’t required to flee from the other party. You can stand your ground under the law. You’re also legally permitted to use proportionate force in self-defense. As long as you weren’t involved in committing a crime or any sort of criminal activity when you used force to stand your ground, you’re legally permitted to do so in Texas.
If they cross your property, you tell them they are tresspassing, and they start toward you, gun butt. And if they brandish a weapon, open fire. That is going to get a lot of people killed. But if the Biden administration is not stopping illegal entry, and actually encourages it, then the state will have to protect itself through it’s citizenship. And this is not going to sound right any way I say it, but the state is the one to determine if it applied to castle law, not the Biden adminsitration.

This land called North America and the USA specifically are
doing the same thing to some degree that Columbus’s followers
did in the mid 1800s. The difference to some extent is that these
aren’t being brought in by inhabitants like Columbus follows did.
Remember they came in, set up gov’t/home, went to Africa and
got their citizens here to do the grunt labor, house work, tend the
crops and other chores.
Then in the Mid-1800s there was a Civil War to free those slaves
and today they are becoming the rulers with help from others as
thing progress. Whitey didn’t secure the country but brought the
new comers in and now they are becoming the majority in some
form or other as they become more of the ruling class.

According to the video of the incident that I just saw, Most of the people that attacked the national Guardsmen were 'black' or very, very dark brown... Not your typical 'Mexican medium to light brown'. So, I'd guess that they were invaders to Mexico before they invaded the USA.
None of that matters a damn thing with this federal govt.
garland and this "department of just us" will bring the full power and weight of the fed gov down on you like a ton of bricks if you were to "stand your ground" defending your property against the foreign nationals who broke into the country illegally.
You think the J6er's got railroaded for wandering around inside the velvet ropes of the capital? They would throw you in solitary confinement and forget about even persecuting you for several years.

Anyone in the military shooting any of the foreign nationals breaking into our country would spend the rest of the lives in Leavenworth.
Anyone in law enforcement doing the same would spend the rest of their lives in solitary confinement.
If Trump can have property stolen by the state gov't for a non crime in which there were no victims...if J6er's are forced spend months in solitary confinement prior to trial, and then are convicted to remain there for years to come for simply milling around the inside of the capital and chatting/fist bumping the capital police...
They would throw anyone shooting foreign nationals in a dark hole and loose the key.
