She told officials that Tom held her captive for six days until she was finally able to escape and flag down help.

Law enforcement says he has no visible scars, marks or tattoos and he was last seen driving a dark-colored 4-door SUV.

No kidding!
“Tom is believed to be 30 to 40-years-old, 300 lbs. with a shaved head and dark colored goatee”. And she got in the car with this guy?!

Well whadda you know, a complete description.
She was found about a half a mile from where Air Expressway intersects with Rte. 395. This is where I turn onto 395 when I’m driving to the Reno-Carson City-Tahoe area from Orange County.
“According to the victim, she met a man, only identified as Tom, on March 12 in Los Angeles and willingly went with him to Adelanto.”
????????
“...The caller said they were flagged down by a woman who needed help from law enforcement.”
From them or by them. That’s an important point to define.

One of my favorite shows is Criminal Minds because it realistically portrays what I see as the real American public. Most have just not been caught——yet.
Example: Season 11, episode 6 “Pariahville.”
While trying to keep away from the nearby all pedophile community but rebelling at her law enforcement father and wanting to go to a party she narrowly escapes from one “normal” geeky guy from high school who lets her out on the road alone at night. Then another drooling, geeky nerd drives up and see his chance to bind and rape her but she gets into his car, grateful to be “safe.” Turns out he is the serial killer, not one from the pariahville group.
Nonfiction note: ((as most of the series it was based on real life people))
“”Pariahville” is a term coined by a GQ article referring to Miracle Park, a community outside of Pahokee, Florida. It is extremely controversial for being founded as a home for registered sex offenders in response to registration laws that strictly limited where offenders are allowed to live. Since July 2013, over 100 sex offenders reside in the community.”
Anybody who would voluntarily go to Adelanto has a screw loose anyway.
