That's the problem: you can ONLY count on Alito and Thomas to follow the Constitution, as written.....the other "Conservatives" in name only (Barrett, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh) are NOT dependable, whatsoever. Roberts is compromised, and a waste of time...
