I would love it if someone with deep pockets, like an Elon Musk, were to loan him the money and have as the sole collateral the Mara Lago property. This would be irrefutable evidence that the 18 million valuation was a complete fraud by the court and the Judge. They would be Trumped and would probably be able to argue this effectively on appeal as a political lawfare.
