The entire continent of Africa also comes to mind. Come to think of it.... is there one hell-hole on earth that has been and still is built and run by whiteys (white European descendants) that has not been run and ruined by leftists? I can’t think of one. Venezuela comes to mind, but those ‘whiteys’ went commie, so..... seems to me that Guterres should be blaming all Leftists, instead of all whiteys. And instead, she, being a Leftist, is now part of the problem. Ironic.
I lived in Chile for over 5-years and it was pretty decent in the early 2000s.
They have since elected a communist professor as president and the country is now circling the drain.
